Relationship between Ganoderma and I since 1989

For me, three decades of engagement in the Ganoderma industry is not only a predestined relationship but also a responsibility.

The predestined relationship with Ganoderma also originated from my years of studying at Ningde Agricultural School, when I learned the cultivation technology of edible-medicinal fungi. An old professor who taught us professional courses often mentioned that water boiled with Ganoderma is very beneficial to the body. For this reason, I chose Ganoderma as an elective course to delve into the wild collection of Ganoderma, strain isolation, spawn production and artificial cultivation of Ganoderma.

After graduation in 1991, I was assigned to Xingpu Ganoderma Testing Ground as a technical instructor. I followed the teachers of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences to learn about the imitative wild cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum on logs and taught the acquired technology to the farmers in each village base. When Ganoderma lucidum was harvested, I went to various bases to take back the Ganoderma lucidum for screening and classification, and I sold a small part of Ganoderma lucidum to scientific research units such as the Academy of Agricultural Sciences. At that time, I escorted a great part of Ganoderma lucidum on a truck to Fuzhou city for export to overseas markets.


The experience of taking both production and sales into consideration has given me a broader perspective on Ganoderma. In 1993, I had become the technology backbone. And many people from other provinces, cities and towns came to meet me for the relevant knowledge and experience on Ganoderma.

After the dissolution of Xingpu Ganoderma Testing Ground in early 1994, because of my sentimental attachment to Ganoderma, I decided to go into business. I spent all my savings totaling 5,000 yuan and borrowed 30,000 yuan from my relatives to rent a piece of land at the foot of the Xianlou Mountain of Pucheng as the Ganoderma export production demonstration base. And I locally registered Xingpu Ganoderma Business Department and started my entrepreneurial path.
Time flies. I am now nearly 50 years old. How to produce Ganoderma with the highest content of active ingredients and the best effect and how to benefit more people through Ganoderma have become my responsibility that cannot slack off in this life. I sincerely thank all the good partners who have worked hard with me along the way and all the old customers who told me that they have been eating GanoHerb Ganoderma for 10 or 20 years and still eat it now. I hope that one day everyone can eat Ganoderma every day like drinking tea. I believe that people at that time will be as healthy, happy and long-lived as the old professor who led me to know Ganoderma.
