On the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Fuzhou “Two Outstandings and One Advanced” Commendation Conference was grandly held on July 1. Lors de l'événement, Yang Juanjuan, Party Branch Secretary of GanoHerb Group and the Group’s Director of Food Quality and Safety, was awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Party Affairs Worker of Fuzhou.” This recognition not only affirms her two decades of dedication to Party building and quality management, but also stands as a vivid testament to GanoHerb’s commitment to driving high-quality development through high-quality Party building.

Yang Juanjuan has previously been recognized as an Outstanding Communist Party Member of Cangshan District, an Outstanding Party Affairs Worker of Fuzhou High-Tech Zone, won First Prize in the Fuzhou Cross-Strait (Fujian–Taiwan) Total Quality Management Knowledge Competition, and received the Third Prize in the First Fujian Province Chief Quality Officer Quality Governance Skills Competition.
Her personal achievements reflect GanoHerb’s long-standing talent development philosophy of “cultivating Party members into key professionals and developing outstanding professionals into Party members.” Through this integrated talent cultivation mechanism, generations of Party-member professionals have taken leading roles in corporate management, critical technology recherche, and quality management innovation.
