Ethanol Extract of Ganoderma Lucidum in Men with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms Jul 02, 2018

According to statistics, about half of men aged 50-60 years old have been checked out histologically prostatic hyperplasia, and the rate is as high as 90% by the age of 80. As if you are a male, you can't avoid urinary tract symptoms in the second half of your life.

Prostate hypertrophy (benign prostatic hyperplasia) can be said to be the annoyance of many middle-aged and older men because it can make people stand for a long time in urinary excretion, or the patients can’t help going to the toilet frequently. It is both embarrassing and uncomfortable.

In fact, this fate can be reversed now. A total of 138 human subjects participated in the two clinical studies jointly conducted by the medical school of Kurume University and Kyushu University in Japan confirmed that as long as they timely take the Ganoderma lucidum preparation containing the ethanol extract of Ganoderma lucidum fruit body (hereinafter referred to as Ganoderma extract of ethanol), there is an opportunity to significantly reduce the trouble of dysuria.

The results of the study show that the dose of “Reishi ethanol extract” is the key point for improvement of dysuria. As long as you take the right dose, you will get results in one month; the longer you take reishi products , the more significant the effect you will see. Statistics show that 0.75mg of Ganoderma ethanol extract per day improves mild urination problems. With 3 mg of Ganoderma ethanol extract daily, moderate urination problems can also be improved.

All Reishi subjects did not have obvious side effects, indicating that Ganoderma ethanol extracts are safe for food. The researchers further pointed out that the rich triterpenoid in the ethanol extract of Ganoderma lucidum has a certain inhibitory effect on prostate hyperplasia.
